The Goyang International Flower Show, which will be held for 17 days from April 26 to May 12, will be the largest of its kind. △ A large 10-meter-long floral whale with the theme of "Global Environment and Flowers" and a migratory bird's crane sculpture in Janghang Wetland in Goyang City will welcome visitors. △ A natural learning center with Korea's beautiful native flowers and underwater plants that cannot be easily encountered, and a waterfront garden △ A circular garden that creates a sustainable future rose garden △ A garden that considers the environment.

이동환 고양특례시장은 "2024 고양국제꽃박람회 개막을 축하한다" 며 "많은 관심과 성원을 부탁드린다" 고 말했다.

메인 주제는 '지구환경과 꽃' 으로 열리고 개막축하쇼가 27일 오후 6시 30분에 노래하는 분수대를 배경으로 열린다.

4월 26일부터 5월 12일까지 17일간 최대 규모로 개최되는 고양국제꽃박람회는 △‘지구환경과 꽃’이라는 테마를 담은 높이 10미터 길이 20미터의 대형 꽃등고래와 고양시 장항습지의 철새 재두루미 조형물이 관람객을 맞이하는 지구환경정원 △쉽게 만나 볼 수 없는 우리나라의 아름다운 자생화와 수중식물이 있는 자연학습원과 수변정원 △지속가능한 미래의 장미원을 연출하는 순환정원 △환경을 생각하는 텃밭정원 등 다채로운 정원을 만나볼 수 있다.

27일 오후 6시 30분에는 고양국제꽃박람회 개막축하쇼 생중계가 진행된다. 노래하는 분수대를 배경으로 소프라노 이상은, 테너 김덕수와 함께하는 60인조 오케스트라의 공연과 레이저 쇼를 관람할 수 있다.
